Introduction to Computers course runs for 8 weeks. The aim of this course is to acquaint participants with a basic outline of Computer operations this includes the preparation and editing of documents.

Medical Reception Course runs for 9 weeks—2 hours per week. You will also be required to complete learning & assessment activities out of class time. The aim of this course is to acquaint the participant with the basic role of a Medical Receptionist.

The Word Processing Course runs for 8 weeks. The aim of this course is to achieve a proficiency in basics of Word 2016 that will enable the preparation of documents encountered in the majority of word situations.
