At Mill Park Community House, we are proud to have a wonderful team of qualified and experienced educators who are passionate about Early Childhood Education.
We work in accordance with Victorian Government regulations child to staff ratios, ensuring each child receives the attention, care, and support they need.
We have two fully qualified, long-term full-time staff members working with children daily. This consistency helps children feel safe, comfortable, and familiar with their educators. In addition, we have a permanent casual staff member, which supports smooth transitions if a regular staff member is absent.
Our team is dedicated to creating a nurturing and supportive environment, focused on building strong, confident relationships with both children and their families.
