At Mill Park Community House, we have established procedures for handling complaints and appeals. Anyone associated with our organisation has the right to raise a complaint, appeal a decision (including assessment decisions), and expect to be treated fairly throughout the process.
If you have a concern, please speak to your Tutor or Course Coordinator, who will work with you to resolve the matter in accordance with our policies and procedures.
