At Mill Park Community House, our occasional care program provides a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where children can explore, learn, and play. Our experienced educators guide children through a mix of educational and recreational activities, supporting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
We offer sessions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
3-hour session: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm | $15
5-hour session: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm | $30
At Mill Park Community House, we are proud to have a wonderful team of qualified and experienced educators who are passionate about Early Childhood Education. We work in accordance with Victorian Government regulations for child to staff ration, ensuring each child receives the attention, care, and support they need. We have two fully qualified, long-term full-time staff members working with children daily. This consistency helps children feel safe, comfortable, and familiar with their educators. In addition, we have a permanent casual staff member, which supports smooth transitions if a regular staff member is absent. Our team is dedicated to creating a nurturing and supportive environment, focused on building strong, confident relationships with both children and their families.
At Mill Park Community House, we are committed to supporting healthy eating and maintaining a nut-free environment to keep all children safe.Please ensure that any allergies or illnesses are clearly noted in your child’s enrolment record.We ask parents not to send chocolates or lollies, as they will not be permitted during the day. Instead, please provide your child with a healthy snack and lunch, along with a bottle of water that they can access throughout the day.This approach helps children develop healthy eating habits while enjoying their time in a safe and supportive environment.
